Springfield vt location they were so helpful and really went above and beyond when I hit a curb and had to have my tire replaced they walked me thru everything they saw when they had my car in the shop I learned something new as well as got it fixed for a reasonable price! Awesome staff they seemed genuinely happy to help me it was an all around great experience for such a bad situation thank you to Cait at the desk and Shane for the work

Kate and the team at Gills are absolutely incredible! They are timely, professional, and make every effort to keep the work affordable. I've had my tires and brakes taken care of there, and have been very pleased with the service (so has my dog who was welcomed with treats!). Kate is also a gem of a person, and so lovely to work with! I cannot recommend Gills enough.

These guys are fair and could have charged me much more and kept my bad tire instead they informed me that the tire was repairable and even did it for me for really cheap!

i have gone here a couple times now, and each time the customer service ive received has been 150%. these workers go far and beyond there jobs description to help the people who come through there doors. obviously there are some things they cant do, but i have not felt the desire to help a customer since ive moved to Springfield from other stores as i felt from these workers. if your looking for smart, clear, and effective car service this is your place.

Very nice folks here. We have spent thousands of dollars here over the last year or two. I just hope that it's a coincidence that every time we get our vehicle back, something new fails. I'm hoping that it's just cause our vehicle is getting old. Otherwise, great place. They do tend to be short staffed frequently.
