My battery was dead one morning when I was headed to work. VIP got me in right away even though I could tell that they were very busy and maybe short handed that day. Everyone was kind and professional and I was given a great price for a really good battery.

The waiting room is important! Bathroom, tv, outlets, ac and the staff has always been down to earth and ez. They really put in the effort and they won us over. Oil, inspection was about 20 minutes.

VIP, especially Dillian, at the front desk were amazing. We were passing through the area, slid off the road in the snow ,and VIP took care of us. They checked our alignment and were very honest! The did not try to upsell me. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Immaculately clean and organized shop, friendly staff, and prompt service. You can tell when the captain sets a positive tone for the ship and company culture is a priority—even with a large multi- location operation.
