They were efficient and took car of my vehicle very nicely.
After trying to get an exterior door handle fixed by three other places, Accidents Happen did the job!! They were FABULOUS... professional, kind, ethical and honest! What a place! I thought places like this didn't exist anymore! This place is THE BEST!

Great experience. Car came out great but they also made everything happen with insurance which was very challenging until I was able to get the car to them.
Two weeks after picking up my brand NEW Honda Ridgeline at the dealer, I accidentally crunched my front passenger door while backing up. My first accident in over 30 years! Needless to say, I was sick over it and wanted it looking new again. Rob West at Accidents Happen Auto Body in Wolfeboro was amiable, courteous, and provided the best repair estimate I received. I appreciated how he explained the challenges of replacing just the damaged door 'skin' versus replacing the entire door. He also explained his process of color-matching the door with the surrounding exterior. Due to supply-chain challenges everywhere, he couldn't guarantee when he would get it fixed, but that he would get to it as soon as my parts came in. Thankfully, he was able to start work on it a week later and I got it back the following week looking perfect again! He even salvaged the previous door edge guard, washed the truck by hand, and vacuumed the interior. His team of Joe and Haven did a great job! On top of all that, Rob (an Army vet) also gave me a veteran discount, which I always appreciate. I don't hope to see Rob again too soon, but won't go to anyone else if an accident happens again. :)
