Really nice guys. Particularly in the management positions. They send out pretty good deals too via a post card. But, the guys doing the basic work like oil changes back in 2020 /2021 didn’t want to be at work and said as much and kept saying it. My car which takes more oil than the standard vehicle, and which I was charged for, came back to me missing the extra oil. So literally right after the oil change my car ran horrible. I gave them another try since I spent a ton of money on their like “yearly oil change plan” and they assured me that they would put in the right amount of oil. Well when I picked it up they said they didn’t short me oil last time rather I had an oil leak. Which was not mentioned the last time either. I asked where it was leaking from and they told me they didn’t know. Well it all just didn’t seem right and come to find out the same person who didn’t put enough oil in also overturned my oil filter. Which causes oil to leak. And why an oil leak was never mentioned. I just decided it wasn’t worth it to go back. At least Until those guys no longer worked there which I am pretty sure they don’t work there now. Long story short I want to have a positive story because I feel like that’s what they normally are putting out work wise and unfortunately a few bad apples ruined it for me. I would say give them a shot and see how it goes for you. Like I said I think the guys I’m talking about are gone.

Disappointed that they can’t apply my coupon if I didn’t bring it. Also ended up $11 more then Jeep dealer. Coupons should be attached to my name. I had inspection, oil change and tire rotation. My dad has same exact 4 days earlier at Jeep dealership. I thought dealership’s would be more, my error.

We typically have multiple coupons out at any given time so yes, we do ask that you bring it is as they are coded for our service advisors to enter properly. We'd love to be able to attach the coupons to the customer's records but it is next to impossible with the amount of customers we service. Rude and unprofessional. Asked them to investigate a sound coming from the accessory belts. No fee was mentioned for diagnostics. Was told it would be $150 AFTER they looked at the car. You know the estimate you provided was ridiculous. Why waste the paper when the car isn't even worth a tenth of the total? I've had better experiences with VIP and other chains! Edit: It's unfortunate you feel the need to fabricate such a story. I never spoke a word while in your shop, let alone "caused a scene." My wife was very cordial to the rude woman behind the counter, and did not deserve to be treated so disrespectfully. Merry Christmas, and may your heart have the opportunity to grow a few sizes this holiday season!

May 23, 2023Kyle we are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience at our shop. Your mother (who brought her vehicle in) asked us to go thru the vehicle completely and provide an estimate of necessary repairs. We did this because we were asked to by your mother. We even called her to confirm she wanted us to provide an estimate due to the amount of rust repair needed (which is a repair we do not provide). It is not our responsibility to judge what someone thinks their car is worth but rather to advise them accordingly of necessary repairs. We always disclose inspection or diagnosis fees when we create a repair order and have the customer sign the repair order to confirm (which she did). That being said you were not in fact charged because you caused a scene at our front counter and in front of other customers insulting and yelling at our staff, we asked you to leave at that point in time.
The service and staff were simply amazing. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I would absolutely use them for any future service needs. The waiting room was comfortable, and they even have free beverages and WiFi while you wait for your car. It’s so nice to see a car repair place striving to please customers, and it shows! Thank you!!!

What a great experience! My brakes were failing on my 2007 car and a downtown Wolfeboro garage recommended them. Marcy, Lou and Tony couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Although the shop was busy, they took the car right in, determined it was a leaking brake line, gave me a loaner car to get home, and had it ready for me the next morning. Five stars all around to this business!

Marcy and Tony are extremely friendly and professional at the customer service counter. My Daughter and I had same time appointments for her Jeep and my truck and they took us both right in as soon as we arrived, got the jobs done, and had us out of there lickity split! The techs were fast, efficient, professional as well, and the place is very reasonable on their prices for services etc. Definitely two thumbs up for these guys! I'll be bringing all three of my vehicles there from now on. - Mike N.

Lou, Marcy and Tony the best. They are polite, knowledgeable and stand behind their work. We have 4 cars in our family (3 are older) and all have been into Auto Care Plus at least once for one thing or another. We are fortunate to have a trust worthy garage so close by. Excellent service! Along with using a coupon, Tony went beyond expectations and researched my vehicle history. He found that the brakes were still under warranty and saved me money! The detailed inspection report was very helpful in understanding what had to be done to my car. Josh, who worked on the car was quite thorough, and all was done in a very timely manner. These people are easy to work with and made the whole experience pleasant! Thank you Tony and team!
