After someone hit my new car that I purchased from Tulley, the collision center fixed it up beautifully. Communication is key & I am happy to say someone from the collision center updated me weekly. Happy to have the car back & highly recommend Tulley Collision Center.
New facility, nice friendly and knowledgeable people

Dropped my car off (2nd car I bought off them) for insurance repairs. I got the car back with accent color's painted the wrong color! Manger said "he was fine with how it was and if I wasn't happy I could leave and do something about it!" So after I got off the phone with insurance and financial institutions and waiting on a call from the body shop that will fix what they are fine with. I write this review to hopefully save someone from this unprofessional and over-priced place that see you as a number and not a customer!

Nice place and professional, a little bit expensive but good quality work. They are not fast by any means they are backed up and takes forever to fix or get the car in the shop

The first time I called, the girl at the collision place was very rude to me; it was later in the afternoon and it wasn't a pleasant conversation... I then called back the next morning, and was told I couldn't even get an estimate until June 10th. .
