I can not say enough about my experience with R Designs Auto Body! I met the owners, Ross and Atanis, in an emergency situation when my Audi’s back window had been smashed and another Auto Body shop had taken my vehicle only to have it towed back 3 days later, untouched, saying they were too busy. I was carless for nearly 2 weeks and within a week of meeting Ross, he had all of the body work, bumper work, mechanical and glass replacement completed. Other shops I reached out to quoted minimum of 30 days!! Ross knew I needed my car for an upcoming trip and went out of his way to complete the work timely. The shop, starting from the moment you enter, was welcoming and kept in pristine condition which made me feel very comfortable leaving my rather new Audi SQ5. The owner’s wife, Atanis, who handles all the Ins, quotes and other paperwork was not only pleasant but knowledgable and efficient. They both were very communicative and updated me with photos every step of the way. There were no surprises added to the original quote. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants to develop a relationship with a local body shop that will respond quickly, kindly and professionally to your needs!
