Jeff provides an excellent service. He went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend his services.
I called and left a message to see if there was any chance I could get my car inspected that same day, and I received a call an hour later from Jeff saying he could do it in two hours. When I got there he told me it would be about 30 minutes but it only took him about 15, he told me that I should probably think about tires before the winter. He informed me that he didn't do tire service but he knew of a place down the road, he offered to call them and get a price for me either Monday or Tuesday. I couldn't believe how incredibly kind he was and how affordable the sticker was! I ended up spending almost an hour talking to him about interesting subjects. I felt like I was catching up with an old friend it was a welcoming change for me, because I lost both my parents with in a year of each other. I'm so glad I called his auto shop the first thing that drew me to it was that it's a family owned business, in my experience family owned stands for a better quality of work, affordable prices, and outstanding customer service I experienced all three and now I have a new place to bring my car!
