Great service
My family was looking for a new “car guy” because of several sketchy work and estimates on three of our vehicles from another local shop. A community Facebook recommendation led us to Exclusive Auto and we have had been SO CONFIDENT in the work, and SO SURPRISINGLY satisfied with the customer service! Let’s face it - these days consumers are getting USED to being subjected to shoddy and rude customer service, inflated estimates and time projections. This place is HONEST and ACCURATE and get this -the customer is actually respected! Notice the one star reviews with no content - and how the owner responds. Class act - beginning to end. These are now “my car guys.”
I give my highest recommendations for Sam and the team at Exclusive Auto Sales and Service! Accommodating, fair and honest are just three words I would use to describe my experience over the last several years .
Affordable inspections and oil change. Tim was very helpful!
Transparent on price and service. Good communication with clients, and friendly staff. They've worked on both our vehicles and always a fair price and get the work done quickly.

Pretty impressed! Very important to feel that you can trust the people that are working on your car. These guys are the real deal!
My daughter bought a used car from these people and 2 days after the warrenty expired she had a gas leak. She brought the car back and they fixed it but still charged her for the job. Less then a week after having it fixed she has another gas leak. This place is a joke.

May 24, 2023Good morning Michael. Wow ! What an interesting take on the purchase your daughter made here at Exclusive Auto Sales and Service. Your daughter purchased a used vehicle from our establishment and was offered, at the time of purchase, many optional warranties available for purchase for thie vehicle. She declined any of the optional warranties available and was told then that our guarantee would be to guarantee the vehicle would pass the Mass. State Inspection guidelines. That the vehicle would be sold as is as seen with the guarantee of the inspection only with the Mass Division of Inspection. In 2weeks the vehicle was brought in with the A/C unit no longer functioning properly. We looked at the issue and decided to help with the repair to show good faith. We replaced the failed part and got the system up and running again. Then 2 weeks later another issue has the fuel pump system down. The pump failed and the part would cost $400 plus labor. Once again we explained that there was no warranty obtained and that the cost would be on their end to take care of. After some discussion we agreed to share in the repairs by only asking for half the cost of the part. We supplied all labor. And for our efforts we are considered a " JOKE " Very sorry that your experience wasn't what you expected it to be here at Exclusive Auto. To take this approach however says much about you !
My experience with Exclusive has been so positive. I hardly ever write a review, but this place is outstanding. Every person working there is kind and positive, and the prices are so good, I can't wait to have them do more stuff for me! The waiting area is stocked with free snacks and drinks, HDTV. It has a clean bathroom. They are flexible and accommodating in every possible way. The state inspection is $20-$30. They do tire mounting and balancing inexpensively. The owner Sam, will personally explain everything to you. I recommend them to all my friends. I can't recommend them enough. For the first time in decades, I'm not annoyed getting cars inspected! Thank you Sam, and the whole staff there :)
