Highly recommend Auto Care Plus. Jon, the manager, and Kevin, the service technician were both extremely professional and helpful. This is not one of those shops that take advantage of people. I will definitely bring my business back to them in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

This was the first time that I came to Auto Care Plus. Jon is very knowledgeable and communicates well. The facility is very clean and was easy to find. I will definitely return to Auto Care Plus for more service in the future.

Great first visit, I will be back. Everyone I met was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Waiting area was well prepared with refreshments, working desks and charging ports! I did not have to wait long for service to be completed, but I was perfectly content where I was. Scheduling was easy. Thank you Auto Care Plus

I would like to give a huge shoutout to John for being so helpful. I spoke to John over the phone in regards to getting the maintenance done on my truck as my husband and I put a lot of miles on it driving cross country. John was extremely informative and took the time out to answer all my questions. He told me to come right on down to the shop, and he and Kevin the master tech helped me resolve all my issues on the truck. Their prices were very reasonable, and kept me up to date throughout the process. They even let me use a loaner vehicle for a whole day as I live an hour away, to prevent me from having to wait at the shop the entire day. This is by far the best place I’ve ever been, and the best customer service I’ve received at any shop or dealership I’ve been to. That speaks a lot about their quality of service, the way they communicate with their customers, and last but not least, how friendly and welcoming they are. I would give them 10 stars in a heartbeat if I could. I highly recommend them and I will be referring them to all of my friends. You will not regret going here. The place is extremely clean and well kept, but John and Kevin make this place 100 times better!
