Quoted $23 per tire to mount and balance=$92 Charged $115, apparently had to "grind and polish beads" on 5 year old rims getting 3rd set of tires in that time. First time hearing of such a thing in my 30 years of buying tires. The shop also wanted an additional $5 per tire for disposal. That brings us to $33.75 per tire I don't believe I'll give this shop a chance to charge me 30% more than their quoted price on any future automotive needs.
