I had them to fix the rust spots that was located around fender area. Job was done and I paid 1500$. Paint started bubbling 15 days later. Of course “no warranty”. Won’t even make it to the next winter.
Les and his daughter are disrespectful and rude. I wish I had never brought my car to them. They both swore at me, refused to give me a receipt, and charged my insurance for work they didn't do. I am reporting them to the fraud dept. The work that they did do was horrible. I hope nobody ever goes to this place!!
They repaired my quarter panels and said they cut out the rotted metal, made new metal panels, and welded it in. It rusted out withing 6 months and when I peeled back the rusted areas to see why it was rusting out so fast, I found out everything they did was bondo. If I had what they did in writing I would sue for my money back, but the invoice i got was hand written note on a generic invoice pad, and said "body panel repair" and thats it. On another note, when I went to pick up the car they were all high as kites sitting in a garage with paint fumes and no ventilation. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! keep your car for over 2 months with NO updates and then proceed to tell us to take our car due to us being rude when we simple would ask why they would tell us a different thing every time we called. They have lied on multiple occasions and give you the run around. And then they say they are a business and to not call them. Not much of a business if they tell us to take the car and then we go to take the car and they refuse to let it go! Absolutely ridiculous and a joke!
After being maliciously struck by a road-raging deer on the interstate, my Dodge RAM 1500's face was badly busted-up on the passenger side. Every time I poked around in the mess to see if there were things I could straighten out or replace myself with used parts, I saw yet more aspects to the damage, and knew I was in over my head. A dear friend of ours in Bethlehem -- a guy who drives nice cars & keeps them in prime condition -- said that he had had very good experiences at Les Washburn's Hollow Auto Body (and that he has fun chatting with Les). It wasn't the fastest result in history, but a lot of that in my case is because Mopar has made it way too hard to avoid getting the wrong body parts for a specific 1500, because of the tangled mess with the 1500 Big Horn & 1500 Lone Star, the numerous trim-lines, cab & bed configurations, etc. In any case speed was not my concern regarding this vehicle. My main priority was that I wanted it DONE RIGHT. The final results are perfect. Everything that was bent, cockeyed & busted is now so symmetrical that the front of the truck is in near-showroom shape. I'm glad I listened to my friend's advice, and I'm glad I trusted this job to the Washburns !!
