They have gone above and beyond in ensuring high quality and timely repairs while (in my scenario) also dealing with my exceptionally uncooperative car insurance company. The insurance company was continuously difficult to negotiate and communicate with (e.g., the car insurance company [1] didn't want to pay a fair hourly wage and [2] were selective about which emails and phone calls they would respond to, leading to delays and frustration for both me and Mid-Way). As a side note, I hope Mid-Way never has to work with this insurance company again. Nevertheless, from start to finish, Mid-Way stuck with (and advocated for) me.
