I hit a small animal this spring and had duct taped my front bumper back together because I was so traumatized from my 5-month ordeal with the last body shop I went to last year to fix a similar issue. I just couldn’t bring myself to have the work done, fearing I’d run into the same problem again and lose my job for being without a car because my insurance company wouldn’t approve a rental longer than 2 weeks. It was like this for 7 months until I called over to the shop mid-December after failing inspection and finding out i basically had 3 weeks to get my car’s body work done before it would become a legal problem. The owner squeezed me into the schedule despite telling me he was booked for repairs through February. I was scheduled for about a week out from the time of booking to allow parts to come in. They only had my car for two days and returned it to me today all fixed up. The repairs were immaculate. I never once had difficulty reaching the shop if I had questions. They provided me with all the documentation I requested without hassle. Every interaction I had with these guys was pleasant. They seamlessly worked with my insurance, and never required me to do any cross-communication. Even though their service rate was higher than what my insurance pays, they independently came to an agreement with the insurance company to get it covered so I wouldn’t have any extraneous out-of-pocket costs for the work. They kindly helped/advised me regarding the rental car drop off/pickup. I even forgot to bring my insurance check when the rental car place dropped me off, and they were kind enough to let me take my car and go home to get it. I would recommend this body shop for any needs you have. Great service, great work, great communication. THANK YOU for making this such a stress-free experience. I’ll be recommending this place to anyone who asks. I’ll definitely keep my business with this shop if I ever need work in the future.

I have used Kustra's auto body a couple of times and highly recommend them. The guys there are knowledgeable, courteous and generous. They work they did for me was high quality, as well. Great guys.

The absolute best service! TJ was so helpful with my car after an accident, gave me so much guidance with navigating the insurance side, always prompt to respond, kind, very thorough and thoughtful. I cannot recommend them enough and will be returning if I ever need any repairs in the future!

Brought my 2013 Rogue in with a broken driver's side door handle that I TRIED to replace myself (Thanks YouTube). Kustra's had it ready for me by the end of the week. They were able to correct all of my screw-ups, get everything back together, AND the cost came in much lower than I expected. Both thumbs up.
