They were able to chase down a very tough electrical problem with my Subaru and get me back on the road. Also offering a loaner car makes getting you car in for a repair so much easier. Anita has been there a long time and is wonderful.

They sure know their way around Subarus! They keep our 2007 Outback chirping along at 204,000 miles, and have figured out all the quirks along the way. Every visit includes a photo tour of their inspections. As a mechanic in my youth (1960s), I appreciate the care and service. MANY thanks, and we'll see you on Thursday for the newest error code, lol!

AVOID THIS PLACE! Overpriced and will cause more problems if you decide not to use them for the so called repairs they claim you need. We have had more issues with our car since Shippee touched it and had to pay another repair shop to fix his screw ups.

I am sorry you feel that way. We strive to serve our customers, if you have a problem with a repair we have done we offer a 2 year, million mile warranty. But we can not help you if you do not call us and let us know there is a problem. Please call us and I will be more than willing to listen to what you have for a problem.

I got stuck in the area with a leaky water pump on my 85' Westfalia. Shippe were one of the rare places able to handle this kind of fix and turned around quickly for me. Anita was kind enough to order parts overnight and the whole team went out of their way to accomodate me while they worked on the van. Two days later I was on my way and the van runs very smooth ever since. Thanks so much!
