Came in with a flat tire. Within less than an hour they looked at my car, pulled out the metal that gave me a flat, patched it up and had me on my way. All free of charge. Great service and lightning fast. Will definitely be coming to them when I actually need a new tire.
We needed some new sneakers for one of our heavy trucks. The store manager Jeremy, installed all 10 of them on the truck by himself, and with a SMILE. We have known Jeremy for a number of years and he has always been super to deal with, if we need it fast, he gets it done fast. Pete's is fortunate to have such a hard working man. We have done business with Pete's for some time and with other similar vendors, Pete's sets the standard for customer satisfaction.

They cared about our experience. When we had our tires changed from Summer to Winter the service personal did not follow procedure when discarding our tires. When we brought this to the attention of the manager and the rep. they immediately saw the error and and we reached a satisfactory solution. What a relief not to have a time consuming hassle.
Had to go back for the 2nd time..they told me 10min 2hrs later it was done. The guy behind the desk was rude as hell...I said what no apology for making me come back & wait 2 hours...he said why don't you not come back at all...we spend thousands on tires for all our vehicles..I guess it's time to find somewhere else..will not put up with this kind of customer service
We were traveling back to Florida when our tire pressure light came on. They managed to get us in quick and out back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Nice guys there. Highly recommend.
One star is too many! Desk guy was rude, argumenative and making flippant (you're an idiot) comments related to load range vs tire pressure. This has been my go to place for trailer and tractor tires for some time. I went elsewhere.
