I’d leave negative stars if I could. He certainly doesn’t deserve the one I had to leave! Unbelievably incompetent, apparently unable to take any responsibility for his unacceptably BAD (and dangerous) hack jobs. I’ve never been spoken to with such disrespect….and after he created a total nightmare for me. Lies? Oh yeah, I got plenty of those as he attempted to backpedal his way out of his huge screwup. He was so rude and nasty it was almost impressive. If you’re looking for a cheap glass replacement hack job, he’s your guy. Otherwise, I’d run. Fast and far!

Paid him to switch glass on my el camino he never did over several weeks i tried to get my money back never did in contact with my lawyer now he is still refusing to answer text i also contacted attorney General all over 100 bucks i told my lawyer i would drop charges if he simply gives me my money back

Dec 23, 2023When was said payment? I asked u this in a text because I have no record of this conversation. Show me something, anything stating we did any transaction or communication. Are you just associated with my disgruntled competition who are unable to compete with me? Total bogus post and review!
Can’t recommend! Took our vehicle to him for a new windshield, he took all the surrounding metal trim off and sent us a pic of what the replacement entailed. A few days after getting the vehicle back the trim blew off our vehicle on the highway hitting a car behind us. When we contacted My Guy he said he never removed the windshield trim. We told him you sent us pics of you removing it. He called my wife a liar and hung up. It cost us almost $2000 to repair the damage to our vehicle due to his incompetence. Avoid this place at all costs.

Oct 23, 2023Someone hacked it excessively. I sent you texts and explained it'll need complete strip down and new dealer moldings that are expensive. It was only the top molding that i handled and that was almost falling off. It was enough to see that if i continued, i'll end up paying for some other installers hack job and u didn't want to pay for them so I refused to do this job. I also sent you copies of all the messages and the nitemare someone left you. I would suggest you reconsider your slander review. This goes to show you all that there are some very evil, spiteful ppl who can't take responsibility or follow directions. Stupid hurts. Next time I would suggest you listen to the 25 year master technician.
