I was having problems with my truck for about 6 months. I took it to multiple shops and they all told me different stuff wrong with it. I heard about Ben and took my truck to him. Ben kept me updated about everything he was doing and took great care of my truck. If I could give him 10/5 stars I would. Great mechanic but an even better man.

We recently moved to Westmoreland from out of state. Our old truck needed a number of repairs that we just could not get to before moving. Ben’s Auto Repair came highly recommended so we gave Ben a call and brought in the truck. He did an EXCELLENT job on some major repairs, and even saw some advanced dry rot on our tires that we hadn’t noticed. Changed the tires out too, possibly preventing a dangerous tire blow-out! I've been around and worked in the automotive industry my entire life and Ben is by far one of the smartest, and most talented automotive technicians that I know. He is fair, honest and can fix just about anything you throw at him, including welding a kitchen sink! (and yes, this really did happen 😅) Ben has been working on my personal vehicle for more than 20 years and I have zero plans on this changing any day soon. He is very thorough, will advise you on what needs to be done now, is coming up and what can wait awhile. His mechanical and fabrication abilities far surpass anything I'll ever need. He has an uncanny ability to diagnose and repair vehicles in ways that other people dream about. Safety is his utmost top priority. He is able to repair vehicles so they are safe, but has the ability to do so at the most fair price possible. The safety of my family is very important to me and that is why I trust Ben with repairing my vehicles. Ben is skilled in every aspect of automotive repair from the basics of oil changes, brakes, and suspension to more complicated diagnostics such as check engine lights, wiring issues and vehicle alignments. He is skilled in both gas vehicles as well as diesel trucks and equipment. If you don't know his background, he is/was a certified Ford Senior Master Technician and has since also received his ASE certifications. My wife and I were thrilled to hear Ben was opening his shop. Our first job was my GMC truck that was built during a model year crossover. Ben persisted until he got the right part and solved the problem. Ben will be installing running boards on our Toyota Sienna. We had an idea about getting power running boards, but Ben did the research and discovered that they don’t do well with the road salt, causing issues. He is honest and trustworthy and thorough on all aspects of repairs.

Ben's Auto is great! Ben is super nice and is very clear on what he finds and needs to be fixed.
