What a joke of an establishment. I dropped my car off after getting in an accident, leaving my name and phone number waiting for initial estimate to be done. The guy at the front (Tom) told me the estimate would be done same day. Instead, it took 3 days and they didn’t even call me after they were finished (Tom said they apparently didn’t have my phone number even though I’m sure I left it originally. Not to mention I had called to check on the car after dropping it off.) When the estimate was submitted, it became obvious the shop had reported damages on my car that they didn’t take pictures of for the initial estimate. Tom told me he would submit more pictures, and 3 days after said he thought he had it all set. The pictures never got submitted for almost 2 weeks (12 days). I have Liberty Mutual Insurance, not some small no name insurance company so I dont think it should be hard to figure out. Long story short, they may do decent work, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the headache. The lack of communication and competence is astounding.
