Scheduled for a windshield replacement but just calling to confirm the appointment was met with TRYING to talk to someone by phone but they were distracted, busy doing something else while taking a call. Repeatedly provided basic information but after the third time asking my name, I decided to bail. If they can't even have a respectable dialogue with customer, how can they do quality work. Trust/confidence broken under the weight of basic custom service skills severely lacking.
