The owner is nice but some of his help needs help. There was more complaining about the problem, than effort to correct it. Granted it was 3 hours before closing.
I would highly suggest using any other service besides Bob's. With how high their rates are and bad their customer service is, it is not worth the headache and there are plenty of other towing services close by.

I have never met a nicer person than Donna. She was extremely helpful and I greatly appreciate this wonderful business!! Thank you again Donna and please thank your team and Bob/owner. My son is back on the road after a very difficult time and I can't thank you enough. Excellent customer, reasonable prices service and a great team! I'm so happy that I found you ❤️
