This was one of the best customer service experience that ever had. My SUV was done in a timely fashion and I’m grateful it looks wonderful and they also clean my car. Thank you for everything you do.
Brought truck into get front headlight off it fixed… upon repair completion I found two quarter plus + sized paint chips near headlight, I brought this to the GM’s attention and he admitted it was his shops fault for the chips, he said during power washing the truck there must have been a paint defect and the chipping occurred. They never contacted me about it and admitted they were not going to let me know until it was time to pick up the truck. The GM said his shop will not take responsibility for repairs because I “should have known about the paint defect” . We expressed how shady that business practice is to not tell us that damage like that occurred in the shop and he didn’t agree, to be nice he said he’d “cut us a deal” and charge me almost $400 out of pocket to fix damage that occurred in his shop
Key Collision did great work in repairing my BMW sedan. Repair technicians and front office team delivered excellent service.
