On time, exceptional service and mechanic PJ DeFosses is the only one I trust with my vehicle. He listens and is very thorough.
Took our 2024 Chevy Trax in for free service, state inspection and a vehicle recall. The free service and inspection were completed in a reasonable time. The recall could not be completed because of computer complications with GM -- tried 3 times without success. This means I must call for another appointment, take another hour or two out of my day and hope the recall can be attended to. This may have been a GM issue, I don't whose fault it was. The issue is I am inconvenienced when I should not be.
Even though my faith in Chevrolet has diminished significantly, the guys at Cantin/Irwin still try and get it right. I think the Brand is letting them down, but they are still as committed as ever.
Waiting room is not up to par. No coffee, no nothing. I also have a Mazda, much better area for customers

Naomi was great. Super easy to talk to and deal with. Alex from financing was equally amazing. We love our new vehicle and are happy we chose Irwin Chevy!
Not sure if the 1st review was sent. Naomi was the salesperson we dealt with. She is a delight - fun, friendly and knowledgeable. Dealing with her was a excellent experience.
Randy and Alex were great to work with!!!! Randy made sure I knew how to use all the features and followed up with me days later to make sure I didn't have any more questions. Alex was very thorough and had all my paperwork ready and in order when I got there, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time in his office waiting.
