Awesome staff, service manager was super helpful

OUTSTANDING customer service is what keeps me coming back to this locally owned and community minded business. I had been travelling for about 5 weeks and did not have the chance to get my oil/filter changed before I left. I was home for the week of July 4th and needed to get this work done so my 2022 F-150 would be ready to work when I got back from my next trip. I called the service department at about 10:30 AM on July 5th and Keith answered the line. I asked Keith if there were any open service appointments for a works service. Keith said "there are always open appointments for our customers" and said if I could leave my truck for the day they would get the job done. I dropped off the truck at 11:30 AM and was greeted by Curtis/Keith and old friend Joe. Everyone was happy to be working (always hard on a Holiday week with a Holiday on a Tuesday) and smiling. Keith, who was just starting his lunch break, left his hot meal to run out to my truck to get mileage and get the service ticket started. Seems every time I drop off my vehicle I interrupt Keith's lunch! He always smiles and says "no problem" and puts customer service in front of his break time. What a team player! I promptly received an email stating the truck was scheduled for service at 2:00 PM. Curtis called me at 4:00 PM and let me know the truck was done. I was not able to pick up the truck before the service department closed so Curtis said he'd leave my keys in my console and lock the truck (I've got keyless entry). When I picked up the truck the interior was clean and the receipt was neatly placed on my drivers seat. What great customer service from a great team. Job Well Done! Thank you!
