The service department isnt qualified to work on a lawn mower let alone a car.Ive been there a few times for vehicle recalls one being a water pump recall and they forgot to refill with coolant.Went right back and they put 3 gallons in it.Another to reprogram a body control module,they accidentally deleted some of the trucks accessory functions, swore they did nothing wrong until one of the other mechanics said he knows what the 1st mechanic did wrong and fixed his mistake.Bought a brand new dually truck,brought it in for a vibration issues with just over 500 miles on it and they said there is nothing they can do because I didnt bring it back in within 48 hours of buying it. Horrible! Ill have to travel further to another Dodge dealer who doesnt give me the run around and who is qualified to do the repairs.
