Exterior door handle wasn't working, brought my car in and had it back in an hour. The reception staff is delightful and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and competent. Not to mention SUPER AFFORDABLE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
If I could give them 10 stars I would! Service was prompt, work was impeccable and they are some of the nicest and easiest people to work with! I would use their services again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to anyone who wants quality service!
Jessica is wonderful! She was upfront and told me exactly how long it might take to fix my car. She told me things the insurance company didn't. All the paperwork was quick and easy. My car looks great! Highly recommend this business!
The work here is Always flawless. and the girls working the office are always so sweet, and helpful. My car always comes back immaculate, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it!
Had a insurance pay out wanted a oem ford bumper instead of aftermarket bumper got bumper from Ford called and spoke to a woman who was rude and said NO we won't put bumper on we are in business to buy parts I had it put on buy Pattersons auto body in Maynard without any issues or rudeness

This my 2nd experience here. Amazing bodywork the crew did on my car! The quality of work always exceeds my expectations. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for auto body work!
