Dropped my car off at 4:00 AM before work for a 7:15 appointment. Called back at 1:00pm to check if it was done and they asked to give me a call back. Never got a call back awesome. So, I show up and ask if my truck is done. The service guy told me they just pulled it in it should be about 30-45 minutes. Mind you I just saw my truck sitting in the parking lot 30 seconds ago. I have “Toyota care” and only used one of my free oil changes but I will never be returning here. They do not care about you, your time or your vehicle at all. I thought it was nice to have free oil changes but they can’t even get that right. Avoid this place.
