I had a big spiderweb cracked windshield, about a foot and a half across. Definitely needed immediate replacement. Insurance company put us in touch with this company. After a delay due to our windshield not being in stock, they finally replaced it. But now I'm seeing a distortion in the glass right about in the low middle of the windshield. It's not enough that it would be dangerous or anything, but is mildly annoying.
