Thougough, friendly, great job all around.
Very professional & friendly personnel. Listened to everyone of my concerns, did an excellent job repairing and painting my handicap ♿️ van & all the paperwork through my insurance. Sent van to a 2nd repair shop for the passenger door adjustment, when I went to pickup van, the door was not aligned correctly. They kept it overnight and fixed it right away without any problem. They even put the emblems on my van that the previous shop, wanted to charge me alot of money for (when they were the ones that took them off). Totally satisfied with the awesome work they performed on my van. Thank you very much Acme professionals. 😊

I had a great experience @ Acme Auto Body. They made it so you would never know there was any damage. It's just like new again. While I don't wish an accident on anyone, if it does happen, this is the place to go!
They did a good job with the repair of my car. Before leaving I tested the operation of the repaired area and found an issue that was quickly addressed by the mechanic. The reason for the 3 stars is the customer service was sub par. Of the 4 times they said they would call me back with an answer to a question, they only did it once, and then only when it was extremely pressing. This made things more difficult and unpredictable for me as a customer. Happy with the repair work. Unhappy with the customer service.
