Used to go here before I got an electric car. Amazing experiences over the past few years.
This is the first & only shop in my experience to order & install parts without discussing it with the customer. Only found out when it came time to pay and resulted in several hundred dollars of unexpected expense (luckily I had the dough); This was done at my first encounter here and yes my vehicle needed those parts. Since I've returned multiple times because they do quality work, just it's to the point it's always a month wait for service cause everyone in town goes here. You many need a backup mechanic cause this shop is always swamped.
Great team of mechanics and Steve is very easy to deal with. Call for appointment. Much easier that way. Fair prices and great quality of work. Best in Keene in my opinion.
