Great, oem service. They have never tried to upsell me. They treat my 10 year old 328 just like they would a 2023.

After a week in Maine we headed home only to have all the lights on our dashboard go out, then later reappear …. What a horrible feeling to have car trouble so far from home! We called around to BMW dealers en route and the service manager, Adam advised us to stop in to be checked. Loucas, the mechanic found 4” of water in a rear panel that was causing the problem. Thank God for someone who not only had enough concern about us heading home w our car in the state that it was but who thought outside of the box and did what could be done to allow us to continue home safely. He also saw that our rear tires were not safe for the trip and took care of that. Although it was a v stressful experience these 2 gentlemen made it as smooth as possible and their concern, expertise and compassion made it a v decent experience overall. We are very grateful.
