This is now my third vehicle purchased at Noyes VW with William Sheldon. Bill has consistently been both knowledgeable and personable, while also never making me feel pressured in any of my purchases. He offers realistic, helpful advice to help me choose what’s best for ME! His friendliness and humor are just added bonuses… Spencer also made the actual purchase of the vehicle incredibly smooth, and I was driving away within 30 minutes.
Andrew scheduled my appointment to fit my schedule and had my warranty repair done by the time promised.
Overall, very pleased. It was going to take longer for financial paperwork to be completed because of other customers being there so my only recommendation is to somehow figure out how to not make your customers wait hours for that process.
We purchased a new Atlas Peak through Bill Sheldon. Bill was very easy to work with, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. This is our second new car purchase with Noyes and I suspect it wont be our last.
Service department takes good care of me and my VW.
Got approved for our car and was told it was ours, just to come back the next day to sign. The next day they sold it to an employees daughter, knowing we were coming from mass in a snow storm to finalize. Highly disappointed that is how this dealer works
I have to drive 1 hour to this location because it provides much better service than my local Volkswagen of Lebanon. Noyes Volkswagen service is the best!
Customer service and Noyes service was AMAZING. Very helpful to me. Gave me a ride and picked me up when I was ready with no wait time at all.
