I waited 1 year to write this review. So bought a car a year ago. 2010 Ford escape, love the car. 2 weeks into having it, found out that it had no barely any transmission fluid in it took it to Valvoline had it switched out and they were nice enough to reimburse us for what we paid for the transmission fluid and everything but come to find out the transmission how to crack in it so it was actually leaking it needed a whole new transmission which would have cost $4,000 on top of just spending about $10,000 on the car it took some going back and forth how to speak to a lawyer and think about taking it to small claims court in order for anything to be done about it they did cover the cost of the transmission and they fixed it and a year later the car is working perfectly fine I can go from New Hampshire to mass with no issues I've been driving it every single day the only other thing was is it had the radiator it had no AC so the radiator had to be replaced and that was $600 but that's not a problem my only advice is if you're going to buy a used car take it to your own mechanic to have it inspected check everything make sure the AC works and just have everything inspected before buying a car and also if it's your first time buying a new car from well a used car from a dealership bring someone with you who has experience my first experience was not good but I do think them for fixing what was wrong with the car and honoring their warranty so I gave them three stars.

Waiting to pick up my car,have to wait abit for them to go over the car with a fine tooth comb yes i mean they really look the cars over. the sales people are just great - no pressure,steering you to something they want to sell.What do i really think? I would send a teenager to shop for a car there

Buy and beware!!! Bought my daughter a car here last summer and I haven't stop putting money into it. Was told by a good mechanic that the car should never had been on the lot. They also told me if I give them a good review that they would send out a gift certificate to me, sorry can't buy my dignity!!!

We just bought our car and had a very pleasant experience. I truthfully dread buying cars because I can’t stand the sales tactics and lack of honesty. Here I did not feel that way. The experience from start to finish was relaxed and not stressful at all. Mark was kind and upfront about all aspects of the vehicle. He was also very patient with my indecisive nature and wanting to test drive many cars. All in all this is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. Highly recommend.
