May 23, 2023Stephen thanks for trying out Walker Automotive for the first time. Glad we could get the synthetic oil and oil filter changed on your sweet 2017 Toyota Tacoma. Sorry you had oil leaks after the previous service facility performed the last oil chsnge. If that groaning noise you had mentioned continues to be troublesome, stop by sometime so I can go for a road test with you. We couldn't duplicate the noise when we had the vehicle.

The Walker Auto team is the best - Nathan, Mark, Chris and the team in the shop ALWAYS provide the best all around service (customer, auto repair and maintenance). Recommend Walker's 100 percent!! Update /18 Sept 23 by Paul Ambrose Recently the Walker team thoroughly evaluated my son's second car. The estimate for a 15 year old Subaru wagon = $2900 to repair. They recommended no repairs. The car has excessive rust underneath including the frame and very likely would not pass a next inspection due to excessive body frame rust. We agreed and Walker arranged for the tow to a salvage yard at no cost to us and $300 to us from the salvage yard. The Walker team have integrity and provide excellent advice as well as excellent repairs when needed. Plus their car loaners is also an excellent service.

The most important word is TRUSTWORTHY. They always go out of their way to help. They speak directly about the issues involved and allow you to make the decisions that you need to make. They don’t try to sell you parts or service that you don’t need. They take the time to explain the bill to you. They have served me and my family and extended family will for years and will continue to do so.

They were so congenial and pleasant! They answered all of my questions. Nate & Mark called me with price quote after examining my car on the lift. Asked if I wanted them to do the work at an extremely fair price-I answered "yes, please." They gave me a loaner car to use while they worked on mine. They asked about doing an oil change and my State Inspection which is due in a couple of months. They thought of everything! All done within their regular work day! I took the loaner back, paid the bill , thanked them and they thanked me! Got in my car and drove back home for supper! Great experience with Walker Automotive! Highly recommend them! Thank you.
