We all can see from the reviews how very professional Marshall's is. I've been going there for many years but never stopped to write a review. I just have to now. I take whatever they say to the bank, I trust EVERYTHING they say... they're courteous and they go out of the way to help. I have never been less than ecstatic about ALL the many visits I've had. We're blessed to have them.

Marshall's garage is a full service shop. Always keeping me well informed, explaining available options in car repair, and going above and beyond in customer service, including delivering my car back home after its repair.

A pleasure to work with. Devon came and picked up my car and snow tires. Then returned the car and put the all season tires away for me. Lifting the tires is more than I can manage. Thanks.

I live in Elkins and we are truly blessed to have Marshall's Garage here. These are the nicest and most honest people you'll ever meet. They complete the work quickly, on schedule, and they are very thorough. The only downside is that they've become so popular that you'll sometimes have to wait a few weeks to get some things done, like inspections (not their fault, of course!) Devin up front is always incredibly friendly and helpful... Once I was in a real bind and gave her the ol' puppy dog eyes, and she was sweet enough to slip in my overdue inspection between other customers. They let me borrow their loaner car, too... Oh, and they've got awesome radio ads, too! Love these guys!!!

Replaced defective brakes under warranty for very little labor!! Love these guys!

New customer and returning customer now. They picked my car up, did what was needed, and looked into a noise that was agreed upon as being the issue. I wasn't told I'll need to replace this and that.... The work was done and done right.
