So for a back story I have a 2017 wrx nice car I figured I'd give this guy a chance first off he charged me 75$ in labor to change a headlight bulb but I'm not even worried about that he cracked my bumper on his lift Then cut the whole bottom of it off then hot glued it back on then did not tell me he did it I got home and realized called him up at first he denied it then he finally admitted it this clown caused 2k in damages never use this guy for anything worst experience ever if I could give zero stars I would

Hi Joey. You are not being completely honest. I notated the damage that was pre-existing on your car, and even made an attempt at using adhesive on it to prevent further damage. Secondly, when you called me on it, I pointed out that it was noted on the invoice, but nonetheless was very direct with you that I do not intend to argue about it, I will simply fix it. I made no qualms about paying to put a new bumper cover on your car, and told you repeatedly that it’s my policy to simply take care of it instead of arguing about it. You have opted to go to the internet instead, and just leave me a bad review. It’s ok, I understand. I could not have been more clear with you that I was willing to simply pay for the damage to your car, despite the fact that it was there before I started. Up to this moment, my offer was still standing, and I have been waiting for you to get in contact with me to arrange the repair. However, since this is the way you have chosen to handle it, I am no longer willing to take that extraordinary step, because at this point, you already know that the damage was pre-existing and you were just trying to get me to pay for it, which again, I was willing to do. I am sorry you feel this way, very few shop owners would be willing to simply take care of your body damage. I was. It should also be noted that you did not bring the car to me, your teenager was driving it, and that’s your choice, but teens tend to have a lot of “oops” moments, and it was just convenient that he happened to be at my shop that day so you could blame me for the damage. Again, it’s ok, but at this point, it is your problem to deal with because you did not allow me to address it as a professional, you opted to take the option of hiding behind the internet and making false claims. It is sad to me that I was perfectly willing to write the check for $1000 or more to take care of your car, but you chose the internet instead. Poor choice. Good luck with the car.
