Mark does a great job! Gets to the root of the problem at hand and will tell you when a stealership is tryna do you dirty.

You make an appointment. within days, not weeks. He analysis the problem(s), reviews the solutions. Orders parts sameday delivered when possible. Finds who has them, with in a short time, or couple of days, installs, test drives and your done. He also reccomends timeline thinking helping you also think preventive management of your vehicles. Good man, works hard. Just, Scheduled the second car two days ago. Appointment's Monday! Nice to save twice, time and money. Peter Martin 🤫🙂
I took my truck here to fix a taillight issue back in October. I dropped off my truck and they said it should be good in a couple days. One week later I get a phone call saying they could'nt get the truck started, so the way they handled it was to just do nothing about it. For a month my truck just sat in their yard. I would call and no one would answer, just radio silence for weeks. I ended up just taking my truck back after they got it running. He charged me 5 hours for diagnostics and said "I'm pretty sure the junction box is your problem." it's now the end of November and I just spent $440 on this part and $220 to program it at Ford and it did not fix the problem. This job was way too big for Mark to handle and I paid the price for it. After dealing with the utmost lack of communication and professionalism I would'nt even risk getting an oil change done through these guys.

Never ever again. Had to pay him and then had to pay someone else to actually fix the car.
Mark is trustworthy, professional and sincerely cares about his clients. He has never disappointed us, it's so good to have a talented mechanic you can trust. I highly recommend Mark's Midnight Auto.
