I’m extremely happy with this body shop. When my husbands car needed an insurance claim and body repair following a deer strike , I found this company online. I chose them because they were local. What a great find! They assisted me with everything including all communication with my insurance company, and kept me in the loop almost daily. Only days after setting up this repair date, my daughter broke down in Concord at 10p. AAA was called and they needed a place to tow the car. I had Bills card from lake city and gave it to the tow truck driver. I left a voicemail to tell the body shop that my daughters car was going there because I didn’t know what else to do. We’re new to the area. They diagnosed and fixed her car cramming it into a 4 day timeframe so she could go back to college that Friday. No appointment. Just dropped on their laps. I cannot say enough about their customer service and understanding. It was completely fixed the day before she was to leave for school. Phew! They repaired my husband’s car as scheduled a week later and it looks great. I recommend these guys 100%

Lake City actually repaired the lower front body panel on my 26 foot travel trailer. The panel was heavily dented and warped, with a 2 inch square hole in the center of the dent. Don’t ask how it happened. I told them to try to repair, rather than try to replace, the panel, since the original manufacturer had gone out of business several years ago. I noted that I wasn’t expecting perfection, given the difficulty of restoring the panel to its original shape. Well I got it back today, and it looks absolutely great, darn close to perfection. Better than I ever would have imagined. The panel looks like it was never dented, and the patch of the hole is barely noticeable. Totally satisfied with the work. If I ever need body work on my SUV, Lake City will definitely be my first choice.

My Toyota Rav 4 recently failed inspection due a hole in a panel under the vehicle. Mike’s Auto Care recommended Lake City Auto. I was worried about the cost that might be needed. But as soon as I enter their office, I was greeted in a very friendly and professional way. I met Bill Giles to discuss the hole issue and again he was also extremely friendly and professional. They brought me in, in a very timely manner and when the work was finished I received the bill which was exactly what they estimated along with the photo of the work done.
