Matt was great to work with! He was honest with his estimate, fair with his pricing and the work on our car was completed in a timely manner and was well done! Highly recommend!
Can't really speak to the actual work they do but they have very bad business operations. Call them to schedule an estimate and they say we don't schedule them just come down and we will take a look. When I get there the guy says I can't give you a good estimate without putting on a lift so you will have to schedule a time for it to be looked at. Thanks for making me take a day off of work to get absolutely nothing done. Terrible company.

I understand that your visit to Smitty’s Body Shop was not up to the standard that we pride ourselves in, and I do appreciate you informing me of such an unfortunate experience with us. We strive to provide first class service and the best quality work to all of our patrons and I apologize that you feel we failed to do so during your visit for an estimate. I do recall giving you a range of the cost, however it is accurate that your vehicle would have to be dismantled on the lift in order to determine the full scope of work needed.
