This is our third experience with Committed Collision & Auto Body Center (CC), North Hampton, NH. The first two were excellent and the third was even better. In February, our 2018 Acura MDX was hit by a deer - while I was able to slow considerably and veer to mostly avoid the deer, the passenger side door panel was damaged (the deer ran off into the woods...). At CC's front desk, Emily, Samatha, and Billy did a terrific job of looking for ways for me to reduce the costs and helped me work my way through the repair. They went above and beyond when my wife and I made last minute plans to go on a trip that created a tight schedule to get the car repaired and enable us to return our rental before our departure. We would have understood if the timing did not work out, but their diligence, working with the team repairing our car, resulted in the repairs being completed in a timely fashion. They kept me well informed throughout the process. We were able to leave for our trip without the hassle of how to coordinate the return of our rental car and departing for our trip. Best of all, the dent is gone, the paint is a perfect match, the car is super clean and looks like brand new! Committed Collision has my highest recommendation!

Our truck had extensive damage from a tree. Other places turned the truck away or had no estimate on how long it would take. The second I got on the phone with Emily, I knew we wanted to go with Committed Collision to fix the truck. She was personable, knowledgeable and honest. She gave constant email updates and pictures along the way and communicated all of our concerns to the team. Billy, Derek and crew worked really hard to get our truck back to the way it was...it even looked better then when we bought it. Great customer service worked with us and insurance to prevent my car from being totaled. They did a beautiful job repairing it and repainting it. It was also detailed inside and out before we picked her up.
