Approved recently fixed an ongoing electric issue that I had brought to not only 3 other places prior but also a dealership for my 2017 Escalade Esv. After being given the same general run around multiple times I had all but given up on resolving this issue. After calling and speaking with Karie who was very helpful they managed to not only solve the electric issues, but also explain the whole process, what had happened, esc in a very professional and efficient manner. Moving foward I will definitely be in touch with these guys for all my auto needs and I would gladly advocate for anyone else to do the same.
