I live right down the street from this shop and have only been living here for about a year so I decided to try them. First of all I’d like to point out that I have a mild mechanical background but would usually rather pay to have some things done as I don’t always have the time. Approved auto service has always been super transparent with me and has never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. They are speedy with repairs and everything has been quality and reasonably priced. They may not be the cheapest and they definitely are not the most expensive but I’d rather pay a reasonable price and have the work done the right way once, and that’s exactly what you get from Approved. Also this shop offers after hours drop offs and they have an impeccable building and wait area which to me, speaks volumes to the way the place is run. It has a nice family run feel to it. I bring all four of my trucks here and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to friends and family.
