This was my experience. I went in to have them check a few things since I just moved to the area and now travel an hour to work each day. The mechanic discovered a part in the back of my car that he claimed needed replacement and won’t pass inspection come February. The guy at the front desk came into the waiting room and in front of another customer told me this what was wrong and how much it would cost me. That was disrespectful. I feel it is a private matter to be discussed with the vehicle owner and not in front of others. Apparently the part, Rear Suspension K-Frame Crossmember, will cost $2500 to replace. The guy in the waiting room laughed. I was so mad. I burst into tears. Their lack of empathy isn’t really surprising. I won’t be back.
Big in my book: Bill automatically asks if you’re an AAA member so I didn’t have to remember! The other Big in my book is that the front seats and floor were vacuumed! Who else does THAT?? They found one of my back lights out/ told me before replacing so I could say Yes or No. This service level earned the 5 stars!
8 years of utilizing Mikes Car Care to keep my Fiat in superb shape. Have interfaced with Shaun, Tom and of course Bill. They combined, make certain every customer is treated equally, and are completely satisfied with the work performed. I Highly recommend Mikes Car Care
My family's minivan broke down in Meredith, NH while we were on vacation. It was a Friday evening and all repair facilities were closed. We had the vehicle towed to Mike's Quality Car Care. I called on Saturday morning and spoke to Bill. He was able to have the van repaired and returned to us that same day! Even though the shop was only open for a half day on Saturday, we were able to get our vehicle back. The cost was reasonable given the repair (broken alternator). I would highly recommend this shop. Very professional and courteous.
