Very thorough with repairs. Friendly and courteous staff and technicians. Nick is a great tech and explains in details the repairs needed.

I called at 9;00 a.m. yesterday and Steve helped book an appointment for 3:30. Steve welcomed me when I arrived and reviewed with me the work that would be done. The oil change and tire rotation went great. The mechanic, Nick noticed a bad passenger wiper blade and I had him replaced. Great teamwork.

I was panicking over needing an inspection sticker done because in 2 days It was expiring. This was February 28th and expiring on March 1st. Every place I called in a 30 mile radius were all booked and the earliest appointment was March 8th. A friend suggested Auto Care Plus because he always got service in a pinch there. I called them and they took me right away. I was there 10 minutes later and also got an oil change! I love them there!!!

I called because my check engine light came on the day before (a Sunday) so I called Auto Care first thing the next morning and they got me in at 8:30. They scanned the code and wrote up the report of the problem. My dealer suggested that I not drive the car, but have it towed to the nearest Mazda dealer in Portsmouth. The person at the desk (sorry I can't remember his name) called the Portsmouth dealer and found out that they said it could probably be driven. So I was off for home I think within the hour with no problems all the way to the Cape. Very happy!

Aiden provided excellent customer service. Due to scheduling and staffing they actually came and picked up my car at work and returned it! They also made me aware of a savings program that I will use and save money! Fabulous!
