I’ve never had such a smooth experience during a car repair crisis. Justin and the team were honest and fair about what my junker car needed to pass inspection. They kept our safety and our budget as a top priority. When I dropped off the car (smoking hood and drooping exhaust system…) I braced myself for some bad news and a lofty bill. However, the repair bill was considerably less and they were able to promptly get me and my daughter back on the road within a few days. It’s such a relief to have found a service center I know now that I can go to and trust. Thank you Justin and team!! I’m more grateful than words can express.

I have used this garage since I moved to this area 2 years ago justin is amazing always pleasant and on point. We took our daughters car there and it turned into a job im sure they didn’t want they did everything and even gave her a loaner so she could get to and from work because the job ended up being bigger then any of us relized. He was very patient and they really did a great job! I recommend them always will because there good to people and do actually fix your vehicle right and don’t charge you an arm and a leg.

Not sure why my review from a couple of weeks ago didn’t go through but Justin and his crew at Rafferty Auto are amazing!! I had several problems with my car and they got everything fixed in a timely manner and without breaking the bank. Thank you guys for doing such a great job and keep up the great work!! Excellent and honest buying experience. Ryan is personable and approachable; he is there to take care of you and make sure your needs are met. I recently bought my new car here and went through it with a fine tooth comb finding nothing wrong with it. The service center that outfits Ryan’s cars is run by Justin and he is equally as great. He has many year’s experience on a wide variety of vehicles and has one of the most friendly attitudes I have come across in a shop in a long time. The water pump on my new car unexpectedly had a bearing go bad; only 63k miles on the car and my vehicle with an almost identical engine never had this happen even after pushing over 250k. I have only trusted a few people to ever work on my cars and I would absolutely take mine back here again. They moved extremely quickly to make sure I was taken care of and back on the road as soon as they could make it happen. 10/10 buying and service experience. If you’ve driven by and thought about stopping in, do the same thing I did. Turn around a go to their lot; you’ll leave feeling great and confident about your experience.
