Worst Customer Service. Very confrontational and not helpful. Waited 4 weeks to get my truck in and then they ordered parts. Unorganized and not helpful. I will NEVER use this Collision Center again and I'm planning to contact Allstate because they recommended these people. Should have gone back to Irwin. A much better experience.

dropped the car off and got it back with a few issues that weren't there at all before it was brought in. the gas was completely emptied from it for some reason and the battery was dead. weird that we turn a car in to get fixed and leave with more problems that never existed in the beginning. fixed the bumper tho, just took 3 wks!

To be totally honest it was a bad start but they were awesome and did an amazing job. Management was outstanding and dealt with all issues professionally and with speed. All in all they were great!

Spoke to Dale and he was able to get my car in before a trip. Lilly in customer service kept me informed all the way through the process. They did a great job!

Couldn't be happier. Excellent service, quick work. To top it all off they absolutely cleaned my embarrassingly dirty car inside and out after fixing my smashed up front bumper was a wonderful nice unexpected surprise. They also got me in quickly

They fixed my car after a collision. They did a decent job with the body work but took a month to fix it and my lights wouldn't work and they forgot to plug my window back. So I had to bring it back again.
