I've been going to Husson Motors Auto Repair for several years now. This place treats me honestly better than my family. Between Jeremy and his mastermind knowledge... And Jeff who knows how to solve anything. These guys are the best and most honest mechanics I've ever met. Their prices and quality are unmatched. Ill never go anywhere else.

Needed to take her in after I smack a curb quick professional service, changed the sensor for me and told me I was covered, so appreciative for the care they take for their customers especially those in tight situations trying to get back on their feet. Sale was also smooth with just as incredible customer service, did everything in their power to get me a car.

Now we are feeling the ugly duck, seen all these perfect reviews. OMG! After we bought a car from the sales store and was told that they have this amazing repair shop and there was any problems just bring the car to repair shop and “we fix it” some kind of 50/50 if major. I understand that sale of a used car is “as is” unless some indication of agreement. I would not have bring my car back there if was not that indication “my mistake”, just because was not in our way and some 30 minutes out., I would stuck with my regular shop. Until after just 2 months of the sale the engine seized, so of course I will bring the car there! Right? Now after another 2 months I received a word that I have to pay for tear down engine, so again I called them and was clearly told that they will not assist in anything else until we remove the “true” bad reviews of our experience with this business. You know when dealing with this kind of bad business the best thing is let go. I will pay the entire repair, I don’t need your assistance, as you need a good reputation and my money that I spent on you, but I’m leaving you with 1 extra awesome star review than before and deserve, so people be aware how great it was. * one more thing that I was almost forgetting! Was told by ??? They have this issue frequently with this coverage that says they have it, but it’s all hear say. Does not stand up on world of own people. Business is business. As a customer it is your option to opt out of this important coverage. As you stated, our vehicles come with a standard 30 day/1,000 mile powertrain warranty. Although that warranty had expired we still did everything within our power to rectify the situation for you as we very much value our customers. I drove down to the area on a Friday from Northern Vermont for my friend's funeral. When I got to town, it was quite obvious that I was having an issue with my brakes. This was not only stressful because I had a 3 hour drive home on Saturday, but I am also currently 20 weeks pregnant and knew how difficult it can be to get a car in somewhere last minute, especially on a weekend. I drove around to other car shops and couldn't find one open (even ones that said they were open on Google). I finally found Husson Motors. They got my car up and on the lift in 20-30 minutes, and the brake work was completed in a couple of hours. They lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders, and I was able to safely drive home that afternoon. Thank you, guys!
