Owner and head mechanic Kevin is a humble mastermind of most European makes, models and eras. He continues to amaze me with his depth of knowledge on so many different types of vehicles, from vintage VW's and Jaguar's to newer Mini's and Audi's. I trust this guy and the stellar staff, like Ty to assess the situation, address the vehicle's needs and know how to communicate clearly and honestly about sensible options. I have taken multiple cars here for about a decade and have never felt like there was unnecessary work being pushed. This place is trustworthy and the culture is on point! Good people doing good work, without pretense or pressure. Also for what it's worth, I grew up in the car culture of Southern California and now live in Florida and NH and have yet to come across a garage that I trust as much to keep my cars in top shape without breaking the bank. European Auto Service is a gem and I look forward to many more years of having them as the place I know and value on many levels. The building might be worn with New English car character and seem like it's from another generation, but the functional sophistication of mechanical prowess on the shop floor is second to none!

Kevin is the absolute best. He is incredibly honest and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to help me out with my 97 VW eurovan. He has helped me out of many a jam - if I could give 6/5 stars I would! :) Also his employee Ty is just as kind and very helpful as well!

Had my timing belt on my VW TDI done here a few months ago. Not only was it the cheapest estimate I found, but the final price was actually a few hundred less than the estimate. Honest guys that know what they’re doing. Only issue is that they are so good at what they do, it can sometimes be hard to get an appointment!
