Jason and Elaine are awesome! I've had several repairs completed at Mirror Image over the years and there is nobody that does a better job! Jason double and triple checks everything to make sure you're getting the best quality parts and materials and he's a perfectionist in making sure every detail is perfect! Jason is a miracle worker! The driver's external mirror was damaged when a tree limb fell on it, so badly that the door itself was buckled and gouged. the mirror needed to be replaced, but he repaired the door and repainted the entire side of the vehicle to ensure it matched. You would swear it was fresh off the showroom floor and the car is 4 years old This is the fourth time (for different issues on 3 cars) I've had to use their services and I can't say enough how awesome their service, responsibility, fairness and the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

Very professional and timely. I received updates while my car was in the shop and it looks and drives like new. Jason answered all my questions upfront about possible wait times for parts and estimated time until fix. Elaine was so kind to wait for me on a Friday evening pickup.

My unoccupied vehicle was significantly damaged while parked at The Crossings in Newington. My insurance company provided the names of 2 repair shops to get an estimate, Committed Collision and Mirror Image. Google reviews of Mirror Image say it all. Jason is honest, trustworthy, and was communicative throughout both with the insurance company and myself. There were a few hiccups along the way due to body parts which caused some delay but again Jason kept me informed throughout the repair process. When I picked up my vehicle upon completion, it was obvious all repairs had been completed to PERFECTION.
