Paid for tires online and scheduled an appointment for 8am, a week in advance. Showed up at 8am and was told by the service desk employee who was not a technician that there wouldn't be a technician until 9am, and they had appointments. I said I had some flexibility and asked about coming back between that time and noon. He ran through the list of appointments for the morning and despite having nothing scheduled at 11am, was still hesitant to give me that time slot. I asked if I could get preference since I had an appointment and he responded by writing down my name and phone number on a piece of paper. He then asked if my tires were in stock...umm I ordered and paid for them a week ago, received several confirmation emails about my appointment so I hope so! After he made a big deal about checking the back room he came back and said "good news...tires are available". Not good news- standard news - I would hope they were! Went home - thankfully only live 10 mins way. Called at 10am - phone rang for 5 minutes before they answered. I explained who I was, asked if I could come in for 11am. He put me on hold to "check with his technician"...again no, it should have been a given. Came back at 11am - they didn't start working on my car until 11:45 and it was done at 12:30. No apologies when I checked out and got my receipt. Avoid at all costs!

Paid for package that included new valve stems. Asked to keep old tires. No new valve stems. Got charged for tire disposal. Asked for old tires and they were brought out without the usual tire bags. Horrible

Walmart in Plymouth has stepped up their game. Mark has a good crew and they do good work. Great value!

This was my second experience both a complete nightmare. If I could give zero stars I would. After ordering tires I called to schedule and should have known not to have them installed right then and there when the employees couldn't stay focused long enough to finish the call. First appointment of the day at 7am. No one showed up until 7:20. Took 2.5 hours to get tires installed. Had another set I just wanted to pick up, told them on arrival. They could not be bothered to stop arguing with eachother long enough to get them for me, so I left without my already purchased tires. When I left my vehicle was shaking so badly I immediately called to let them know. They tried to tell me I had THREE bent rims. Come to find out they just needed to be balanced, a service I had also already paid for. I went back, called ahead and asked them to get my tires out. Arrived, no time to fit me in to check the balance on my installed tires. Also had not gotten out my other set for me. I left empty handed AGAIN. Went back a third time. Told half an hour and they would get my tires too. 1.5 hours later tires were balanced, my other set no where to be found. I was told multiple times and after employees had conversations with the boss I was going to have to come back AGAIN to get my tires. The entire 2 hours we were there on our third trip the employees were fighting, about who was flirting with the desk clerk, who was blocked by the desk clerk, who wasn't communicating well, who had worked on a honda....it was obnoxious!! My tires were eventually located. In the "wrong area" and we left, never to ever use this service again.

Great service, they change my oil, usually same day I show up, sometimes it takes few hours. I shop while they work. Staff was always kind, helpful, typically they give me heads up on how long it will take. Prices are reasonable.

They never answer the phone. Way understaffed

I must applaud Nick and his team of Matt, John and Hawke... very personable and forthcoming in sharing their automotive insights! They did an excellent job on my truck with the oil and battery change. They went out of their way to remove the battery terminal connection, which was badly corroded and stuck. Nick recommended that the terminals needed to be cleansed and then treated with protective dielectric grease to ensure a good lasting connection. The value of their service by far exceeded the exceptionally low cost. Even a rating of five stars is not commensurate with the consideration and service received.
