The back story is important. Friday (6/17) I spent the morning calling shop after shop after shop trying to get my brakes done. Each shop was booked out for at least two weeks. I hopped on yelp and sent Tenney Mountain Auto Repair a message and Patrick (owner and mechanic) responded quickly. I described the issue and he came up with two possibilities, pads and rotors or ball joint. He asked for my VIN# and then sent me an estimate. Very reasonable estimate. Monday (6/20) the car was at his shop ready for work. He took care of the back brakes and then showed me the front. TO paraphrase," The fronts are fine, but they will need to be done soon.. Let me show you.." I want to make this clear, he said it will be fine for now. I decided to get the fronts done also. He got them done.. ALL UNDER ESTIMATE. Patrick was knowledgeable, kind, wicked sense of humor, and answered questions. His shop is clean and comfortable (no fancy waiting room, but you can watch him work on your ride). I will use his shop again, in fact already setting up getting a set of tires mounted as soon as possible. Thanks Pat!!
